• If your PC has Windows 7, 8, or 10 then yes. That is actually a feature of Windows, not the TV. The TV is just a monitor at that point. Just grab your program or browser and drag it to the right until it make the shape of half the screen then release. Do the same for the other side.

• Yes but you need a cable that has a HDMI plug on the TV end. I don't believe you can make it split screen though.
