“I bought an open box Samsung SUHD8000 55 inch tv. The pervious owner has not signed off of his Samsung account. I have to manually sign him off every time i use the tv. I have no privacy. How can i permanently reset this? Or i will exchange the tv.. HELP”

• There is a factory reset in the "settings" section on the bottom left side
