Yes, TV is real 4K certified 2160p (twice 1080p). 60Hz is good enough and TV specs by Samsung show it has a 120 MR (MotionRate). That means it should look more like 120Hz. But given that movies are filmed at 24fps, and televisions shows at 30fps rest assured 60Hz will look great for 4K.
