Hi Ichiban! Samsung's Smart TV platform allows you to choose and download from hundreds of apps in your TV's built-in App Store. Roku is not built into Samsung TVs, but you could always utilize a standalone Roku device and connect it via HDMI, or take advantage of the Roku app that is available to download from the App Store. The TU7000 gives you 20 Watt 2 Channel speakers; while a soundbar is not necessary, it is always recommended for a more immersive experience.
