The TU7000 includes 4 different Picture Modes allowing you to select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience for your environment.• Dynamic makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. • Standard is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. • Natural reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. • Movie is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. You can also individually adjust the brightness and contrast to achieve the picture quality you desire through the expert settings. Certain settings may not be adjusted on select picture modes. ^Tim

Try setting the picture to DYNAMIC in the settings, picture menu.

Sometimes there is an advanced menu options. I have the same TV so I'll check when I get home and see if I can figure it out with you.
