“I bought a Samsung 55" 7 Series TV Model UN55TU7000FXZA a few weeks ago. It has been working great. However suddenly it will not launch Amazon Prime Video or my iTunes. I have unplugged it and wifi. still won't work. just goes to Samsung TV Plus channel.”
