“What kind of HDMI ports are the ones in the back of the TU7000 series? My normal HDMI cord and Firestick don’t fit. It seems as if the ports are a little smaller than a standard HDMI. Please advise! Is there an adapter that can be used to fix this issue?”

All standard HDMI cables fit with the TV. It may be that there is some damage to either the port you are trying to use, or the cable end. It is also possible that dirt/dust buildup are at fault, and a simple cleaning will allow connection.
