Hi there! You can download the Xfinity Stream Beta app from your TV's built-in App Store; however, you may not have access to features such as DVR services, and you will be required to connect a cable box. ^Gina

Be advised that Samsung tv app store has a lack of cable news apps and others that are common on other devices so you will have to use the xfinity app for a lot of things. I find that I still need a secondary device... appletv, roku, firetv, etc. to access quit a bit of content. Also I have had TVs that stopped supporting providers suddenly and providers that stopped supporting TVs so it cuts both ways.
