I would like a remote or instrument which I can speak into for channel navigation, opening apps, etc. How can I achieve this? i.e. "Turn on HULU" "Turn on CNN". Google Home's features do little and Samsung Smart Remote isn't compatible. Please advise! null

Hi Melissa830, to use the voice assistant function, the TV must be connected to the internet. Go to Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV (Bixby, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant). To run your selected Voice Assistant, press and hold the MICROPHONE button on your remote, say a command, and then release the button to run Voice Assistant. ^Val

You might first need to turn on the Voice Assistant setting and then choose Bixby, Alexa or Google Assistant. I've found that Alexa and Google Assistant work best.

Equipped with Alexa on remote. Just hold down a button and tell the tv what you want. Very simple.
