Not sure how long it takes for the sound to develop however I have had mine for a couple of weeks. No sound yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too have this problem. I bought the 55" 8000 series last month. This is not a result of temperature changes. This is a rhythmic clicking many hours after the TV has been turned off. This happens even late at night ( this tv is in my bedroom). The sound is very low, so we don't even hear it while the TV is playing. All other aspects of the TV are fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The unfortunate answer to this is yes, I didn't know about this prior to purchasing this about a month ago and can conform I have that issue sadly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi MS! Samsung TVs use a combination of metal and plastic material. These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard. This does not happen to all customers with the AU8000, nor does it indicate a product malfunction. ^Tim
