You can search for and download hundred of additional applications through the TVs built in App Store. ^Tim

- Answer Hi Gary! The AU8000 features built in Bluetooth technology allowing you to connect headphones or speakers for listening, even keyboards or game pads for additional ways to use the TV. A wireless headset can be connected to this TV by navigating to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List > select or pair your Bluetooth headset. ^Tim

- Answer I have an earlier model of this TV, and I can set it up for TV speakers and earbuds at the same time. Here are instructions I found: How can I use Bluetooth headphones and TV speakers simultaneously on Samsung Smart TV? Set up Multi-output Audio 1 Press the Home button on your remote control to bring up the Smart Hub and then select Settings. 2 Select General then Accessibility. 3 Choose Multi-output Audio. 4 Your TV will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. ... 5 Select your Bluetooth device from the list and choose Pair and Connect.

You can turn Closed Captions on/off and change the settings such as separating it from the broadcast screen, font color, background color, size, position, language, etc. by going to: Settings > General > Accessibility > Caption Settings. ^Tim

- Answer Hi Lizz! The AU8000 is compatible with Bluetooth audio devices such as speakers or headphones. To pair the headphones or speaker for the first time, put the headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode and make sure they are discoverable. See the product's user manual for how to do this, if needed. Once the device is in pairing mode, navigate to the Bluetooth audio device list on your TV and select the headphones to pair with. - Answer Hi FMFCB! The AU7000 Series does not have Picture-inPicture (or split-screen). Split-screen capability to view two different content side-by-side is available starting from our QLED Q60A Series and up using our Multi View feature. For example, you can view media from different sources, such as an app, Blu-ray player, or game console, on the main left screen, while also mirroring your phone to the smaller screen. Multi View provides you with endless possibilities for splitting screens and viewing several types of content at the same time. ^Tim
