- Answer I used the blue tooth feature on a sound bar that I had from my previous tv. It worked great. Since the tv is in my seasonal rental home, it was easy for me to take the sound bar with me to my primary home when I left.

QuestionI just had the Samsung 55 class 8000 series LED4k UHD smart Tizen TV delivered and installed today (10-13-21). As I started watching it I noticed the background resolution in many cases is terrible. Is this the norm for this TV or can it be adjusted?

- Answer Hi Rosie, the 55" AU8000 features a VESA mounting pattern of 200 x 200. You will need 4 M8 screws, 11-13mm in length, 1.25mm pitch. You can download the AU8000 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under "Crystal UHD TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. ^Tim

QuestionDoes this TV have a non reflective screen? Also, our seating area is 9’ from one side and 13’ from the other side. This will be mounted above our fireplace. Will we have viewing issues with the pixels being distorted?

For optimal glare control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer. - Answer I would hang it one inch above the stand if you have not had a junction box installed to power the TV. Or hang the sound bar one inc above the TV I do not like seeing wirers.
