- Answer Hi! The AU8000 does not feature Art Mode or Ambient Mode allowing you to designate a "screen saver" or display art when the TV is off. Ambient mode support begins with Samsung's QLED TV's Q60B and above, while Art Mode is exclusive to the Samsung Frame TV. - Answer Hi Darly! The AU8000 does not feature Ambient Mode compatibility. This feature begins with our QLED models Q60A and above. The 55" AU8000 features a VESA mounting pattern of 200 x 200 for compatibility with a wide range of universal mounting solutions. To mount this TV, you will need 4 M8 screws, 11-13mm depth, 1.25mm pitch. Please also consider the thickness of your bracket when choosing the optimal screw length. ^Tim

QuestionIf the TV is outdoors but on a covered porch (not exposed to the elements). Will it hold up okay? Main concern would be cold air.

- Answer Hi! This greatly depends on your environmental conditions. This TV is not designed to be used outdoors like the Samsung Terrace TV. Be sure to contact an authorized Samsung service center for information if you intend to install your TV in a location with heavy dust, high or low temperatures, high humidity, etc. The operating temperature is between 50˚F to 104˚F. Operating humidity is between 10% - 80%. Storage temperature ranges between -4˚F to 103˚F. Conditions falling outside these ranges may lead to serious damage to your TV. ^Tim
