• Yes. The mount does swivel, but only a few degrees. You want to be careful about a swivel mount because of the connected cables and power cord.

• All Samsung TVs will come with a table top mount (known as a stand). Additionally, the stand will offer up to 20 degrees of swivel from side to side. -MrSamsung
