“Model comparison question Whats the difference between the UN55es6100FXZA model and the UN55ES6150 model? And if they are priced the same what is better to buy?”

I had the same question. Finally got a live person @ Samsung who answered it. The 6100 has 6M:1 contrast ratio. The 6150 has 5.5M:1 contrast ratio. In other words, the 6100 is better. Otherwise, they are identical TVs. Prices vary (according to the Samsung person I spoke with) based on stock-on-hand and clearances in preparation for new models.

Aside from a differing dynamic contrast ratio (the ES6100 offers 6,000,000:1, while the ES6150 offers 5,500,000:1), both of these models are exactly the same. Additionally, the ES6150, from my understanding, is a warehouse club model, while the ES6100 can be purchased right here on Bestbuy.com. -MrSamsung
