“My mother has this tv. it is great. BUT! the remote is SO different than the type she is accustomed to (a regular looking one, with numbers and arrows and stuff.) Does anyone know if there is a good universal remote that will work with this tv? Thank you!”

u are better of investing in a harmony universal remote it will work with almost all if not all entertainment equipment and never have to worry about control layout changing again I personally own one and love it, had it for over 4 years never had an issue with it. it does require a computer to program but everything works as intended and can even program special buttons. worth every dollar in my book.
