HDMI stands for high-definition multimedia interface. You may be able to hook your DVD player and blu-ray player up, however, to plug in your Bose sound system you may need a fiber optic hook up (regarding for sound). To hook up your VCR player, you could use what is called a coaxial cable, which is a cable with a needle in the middle of the end parts of the circular cord, or a A/V cable (audio/video), which the Samsung does not have unfortunately. You can get a converter that can do that if you so desire to add the VCR player to your tv.
