Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased an open box, and it was clear the tv was never even taken out of the box. All the cling wrap was there, and the packing materials in place. I think it was purchased and returned. To me, it was worth saving the little bit of money. Staff assured me that it would have the same return policy as brand new so it's worth a try.
