“Does this come with a center grate or is the griddle the only option?”

Minde did not come with a center grate , griddle only and I went to the Samsung parts company J&J INternational website which showed no result for replacing the griddle with a grate for this particular model#. I like the idea of having the griddle but it is very difficult to keep clean which detracts from the appearance of the range. it always looks like it hasn't been cleaned even though I have tried several non-abrasive methods for cleaning cast iron and none of them seem to get it clean enough. The instructions in the manual about cleaning the griddle are pretty useless. If there is a way to purchase a middle grate to replace the griddle, I'd very much like to know.
