Overall the stove works just fine and looks great. My issue has been the burner knobs. When we initially bought it (Sep 2020) we had one knob break-off and Best Buy was quick to replace it. Today, 01/17/2022, a second knob broke off. I called BestBuy to ask for a replacement and was told that I was out of warranty, so I was directed to their parts store. The knobs are $45.00 each but the knob is currently out-of-stock -- I wonder why. As a result, I pulled the others off to inspect them and noticed that all four, except my recent replacement, have a hairline crack, and thus will all eventually break. I'm very disappointed that I will have to eventually replace them all. I strongly believe that Samsung or Bestbuy should honor the replacement of these knobs since it's a clear defect.

I love my new slide in stove. I am so happy that I have a gas stove again. The size of the oven is great, I am able to have several things going at once!

This range boils water quickly and the convection oven bakes evenly. I love having all the controls up front. Also the mobile alerts for preheating and timer are a plus.

Grill peels off easily within only a few weeks of use. Also this oven fan makes weird and annoying noise when it's in use. Samsung smartthings app lets you setup up oven temperature over wifi, but you still have to turn stove on yourself physically. Dumb choice

Definitely worth it. The fact that you are able to preheat your oven from your phone is just mind blowing. Technology this day is just wow.

This replaced a slide in range that was about 15 years old. We reviewed several and liked the features of this Samsung. The size of the oven is much larger and were interested in the griddle in the center of it. We paid for the installation, which was honestly a mistake. They were terrible, but I'll leave a separate review of the installation. Just know they were not qualified to install a propane range/conversion. They asked me to get the parts for them and came back for a second visit and then were using the wrong tape the wrong way. As of the range, it's fantastic. We have used just about every feature of it so far in the month we've had it. the oven bakes amazingly. The one this replaced was a high-end Kitchenaid slide-in convection oven, but we noticed even convecting we would get uneven bakes. This bakes perfectly. No overheating the pans/tins and even bakes throughout. The range top is great as well. We've used the griddle a few times - once for burgers but never again. Cleaning it was a hassle as some of the grease caramelized and was very hard to remove. Pancakes were easy though. I love that it's completely flat across the grates/top but there is a good amount of space between the burner and the top of the grate. On our previous one, the flames would be against the pan surface. On this one, only on the highest setting is that the case. It makes for a very even heat that's easy to control. The simmer burner is able to get so low that you can cook sauce all day long with no burning. The high-temp burner does bring a pot to boil quickly, but not as fast as the marketing claims. We do notice that the front left burner can sometimes take a while to light, so if it doesn't light within 3 secs we turn it off and try again. It usually lights up in a second or two. The major complaint we have is the burner modules. First, whoever decided they should float and not be attached to the stove surface should be drawn and quartered. Any attempt to clean the range top means burners are flying. You need to pull them off and then clean it - then put them back on. I'm sure we'll get used to it, but I don't really know why they aren't attached like every other stove. The caps themselves also stain easy if you get any food or grease on them and don't clean them as soon as it happens. While I do expect it will get marked over time, after a small mishap with onions, one of the caps has permanent marks. The connected app is handy and it syncs to Alexa so you can use voice commands for the oven. Nice to be able to preheat or change temps without getting up. Aside from the small nitpick on the burners, we really do love it so far.

Terrible range, purchased 7 months ago, already broken oven

Used to cook with gas and bought this to replace a disappointing electric oven that came with a new home. Chose this one as I have a lot of other Smart Things devices in the house. We also thought that it was a classy looking stove. The cooking functionality is excellent. The top burners are easy to control and there is lots of space in the Oven. You can't miss the notifications when the preheat is done or when cooking is done. The convection baking cooks things very quickly and nicely. The smart things notifications about when preheating or cooking are done are great. Also, the oven preheats way faster than our old electric. I have two complaints that dropped this from a 5 star rating. First, I find the order of the control nobs on the front of the stove to be confusing. The front burner is not the furthest most right or left control nob as I am used to. The second is the fact that the remote control capabilities are not very useful. Smart control has to be turned back on by hand after each time you open the door. Also, you still have to push the 'start' button to start preheating. Being able to set the stove with the app or via Alexa is nice, but the ability to remote control is really not all they advertise it to be.
