A: Great question, Suki30! The automatic ignitions and control panel for this model run on electricity. However, page 17 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/36Gw7Oy) has instructions on how to manually light the burners in case of a power outage. ^Jecca

A: I'm sorry for any confusion about this, AZ! Because this model allows users to enter the desired temperature using a number pad instead of arrow buttons, it does not require the temperature be in any set increment. Any temperature (in any increment) can be entered as long as it is between the minimum and maximum settings. ^Jecca

A: I must agree. That parts are a problem. Mines missing 4 burners ( delivered that way) and they can't find a solution to that. They will accept it as a return. But I don't want to return it. I want 4 burners. Or a comparable stove for the same price
