“Is it normal for the burners on the left (griddle side burners)to cycle on and off when they are turned to high? A large pot of water won't come to a boil and it t takes about 15 minutes to heat up when I used the griddle because it is cycling on and off.”

• I turned on the griddle side both of them on high and they stay hot for over two minutes and never cycled off

• Hi there! We appreciate you asking about this. According to page 24 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3sDd9nD) it is normal for the element to cycle on and off to maintain the preset heat setting, even at high settings. ^Jecca

• Can you use the griddle side without the griddle plate as a regular cooktop? Or does it only operate with the griddle plate?
