• Yes, you do not have to use the wifi option.

• Absolutely, Jason! If you choose not to connect this range to Wi-Fi, the Smart Control features (such as operating the oven from a smart phone) will not be functional; however, all the standard oven and cooktop features will still function as normal. ^Jecca
