• Is one year from manufacturing, i personaly recommend to get the plan extended from geek squad

• Check to see if your TV is on the same circuit as your cable box. There is a seperate TV button on your remote from your cable. You might want to try them in sequence. I would call the Geek Squad People to come and check the set out. I just have the manufacturers warranty!
