I am using standard HDMI cables and they work fine. However, I'm not transmitting 4K content through these cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you may need cdmi 2.0 cables or some have termed as high speed, especially if you want to connect to high bandwidth devices, that involve displaying HDR such as PS pro or Xbox one S. But definitely if you are connecting it with it as computer which i do Otherwise for all other purpose regular hdmi is fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HDMI cables are manufactured by a variety of companies. Some have much higher prices than others. In my experience there is very little difference in what some sellers refer to as "high speed" and generic HDMI cables. If you look on the net for sellers like Newegg or similar computer cable suppliers you can find very high quality cables for a fraction of the price. I personally prefer the cables made by "Mono Cable". They supply very well constructed cables with braded covering, and they last "forever"..... I use them in my computer builds and connections. I have never had a bad cable, and speed is in the top tier. I have both Blu-Ray players and my Hi-Fi system hooked up in two locations using these cables for over 7 years, and have never had an issue.... Monster power also works well, and costs about 4-5 times what the Mono brand charges.
