Push the button on the remote that says "PIC SIZE" is the easiest I think.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm New to this TV too. Go to menu, it will show a list of choices for each item you choose. EXAMPLE: Click menu, then click on audio, picture, etc. Picture will give you a list including color and sizes, wide frame, letterbox, wide 16.9. I may not be getting them just right. I'm not with it right now and I usually like to do it as I am writing. It's really easy to get around in. You can click one and if it's not what you like just try the next.
