Yes we have always had direct tv and the delivery guys set it up.

Please try again later.Until Samsung releases a firmware upgrade, this set is not RVU (DTV) compatible - I did speak with Samsung escalations (Engineering) yesterday and they confirmed this fact and stated that they will be removing RVU verbiage from the spec sheet for this model until the firmware issue has been resolved. Nagnath P: You need to wait for the next firmware update that will resolve the issue. Visitor: meanwhile, Samsung is advertising a feature that does not exist as of yet? Visitor: how do we escalate this issue? Visitor: or at least procure a timeframe for resolution? Nagnath P: I understand, however for this 2016 TVs model the RVU feature will work with next firmware update. Nagnath P: I would have surely helped you if there had been any information on future firmware release available. Visitor: you mentioned that - when will that firmware be made available and why is Samsung advertising compatability on the current spec sheets distributed at point of sale and on the Samsung website Visitor: how do we escalate the issue? Visitor: surely there is a contact at Samsung within your Engineering team who is aware of the issue? Nagnath P: I will escalate this with our Executive Customer Relations Team.
