Hi, Samsung60tv. That is a great question and I would be more than happy to answer that for you. This TV comes with a couple of options, you may utilize eco-solution and the auto-power off feature available that will turn your TV off automatically if there has been no operation or button pushed in 4,6,or 8 depending on what you set this to. Your second option is the sleep timer which you can set manually before you go to bed. Both these options are available under the system setting. I hope this helps, have a great day.
