Is this tv hdr capable? null

No... that's why it is so cheap. I took a snip from the Specifications tab on the product page:

The 6300 series pretends that it is HDR-capable, but this isn't the true HDR standard. Sure it might be better than some other no-name brand when it comes to displaying a range of colors, but so far as I've found, it is not UltraHD Premium certified. I believe only the Samsung 2016 SUHD TVs have this certification.

Yes, this model has HDR Premium.
