Yes. Use the universal remote icon on TV apps and choose onkyo as your receiver
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this TV and I bought the XBOX ONE S to go with it. Great minds think alike! If your receiver has 4k compliant HDMI inputs, you're golden! If Not, you will need to run your XBOX ONE S directly into the TV. Non compliant HDMI ports will keep the XBOX from using It's 4k abilities. What I am doing is, running the XBOX and other components into the TV & use optical audio from the TV to the receiver. It works very well. You just need to change your sound output on the TV at times you aren't going to run the receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the receiver has Bluetooth or Optic Cable than Yes!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 8500 will work with any Bluetooth soundbar or speaker wirelessly , or wired HDMI or optical receiver so it should be fine using wired fiber optical , however you may have to use your Sony remote and not the included all in one TV remote (or remote app) that works with Samsung soundbars and TV together . TheXbox one S in 4K mode is shocking on this TV. Gears 4 & Battlefield 1 are 4K optimized, and Mass Effect will be 4K optimized (coming in march). The one S fits nicely behind this TV wall mounted thanks to the curve and it's super thin design.
