A:Answer UHD (which is called SUHD by samsung) is 4k resolution. SHD usually refers to 2k resolution. 4k is about twice the resolution of 2k. Depending on the room setup, you may not be able to notice the difference between 4k and 2k. But some people prefer 4k because of bragging rights. Though if you really really want the best picture possible, go with OLED. The difference is incredible.
Samsung claims that the curved TV has a better panel than the flat TV. Supposedly the curved TV prevents reflection and allows for a wider viewing angle.
I can't comment much on the price, because the prices fluctuate so much, especially during sales. With black Friday coming up, you should definitely be able to find the TV you want on deep discount. In my experience Best Buy usually has the best (or second best) prices on all their televisions, and they are willing to price match many places. So you shouldn't worry too much about getting the lowest price.
