Most likely your internet connection isn't fast enough to stream 4k. You need 25Mbps download speed, and most people have 10-12. There is a speed test function on Netflix website that will help you measure your connection speed. You can also visit www.speedtest.net
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have Netflix, but I have Comcast Cable and they provide me with 125 mb/s download speed. (Tested on speedtest.net) At this speed I have no trouble streaming. UHD requires more download speed.
