We found the same thing with our TV, and after the fact. I called Samsung and also looked online. Not all of the Samsung models can broadcast Hulu. It so happens if you have the same model as we do and Hulu won't work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.MAKE SURE that you have updated your set's software over the internet. When I first turned our set on Netflix wouldn't come up. It said "loading" forever. As soon as I ran the software update everything was fine. I don't know if Hulu was failing before the upgrade, but it's definitely working fine now. I just tried it.
