Hi Patty! Bluetooth is used to connect devices, such as a soundbar or mobile device. You can connect and utilize apps like YouTube, Netflix and Hulu via WiFi. The TU7000 does not have built-in Voice Assistants - this feature starts at the TU8000 and above; however, when utilizing the Voice Assistant on the TU8000 and above, certain apps such as Netflix do not allow for Voice Control - this will vary by app. ^Gina
