I replaced my old LG 65inch because it color got washed out and dark after 4 years with this one. Wow! This one is great, it inexpensive, easy to connect via airplay with my old MacBook 15, sound better than my old tv, more responsive, and smarter too. I curbside pick the TV into my truck, push the TV from drive way into the living room, unboxed and attached the stand, download the SmartThings app, and enjoy. I did all by myself because it light. I would recommend this TV.

My individual experience using this Samsung has been good. What I liked is great picture and sound quality. Game mode is a nice feature when playing video games. What I disliked is movie mode- picture is really dark. That could be something I need to change in the settings. The app favorites bar and remote can be cumbersome. if you are mostly streaming your entertainment, YouTube tv in this case, the bottom half of the remote is where you will spend most of your time and as mentioned the remote can be tricky. Overall I do like the tv.

This was my first TV purchase in 20 years and my first Smart TV purchase. I'm subscribed to quite a few streaming services and I figured given the low cost, and all that I could access without cable, it would be a worthwhile purchase. The TV has a sleek profile and is light. I'm not too happy with the legs. I had two other people try to push them in further, and they won't go (see the pic). I REALLY don't like the remote -- it's not very ergonomic and doesn't have voice command. It's really dreadful to use. And I find that the software/processor lags. It took 2 installs of the Disney+ app to get it to work. Sometimes Amazon Prime video just stops playing. Setting up the TV was just painful; because every app needs to go in and set your login information. But I guess that is to be expected. The picture quality is great. TV speaker sound is ok, but for movies or sports, you definitely want a soundbar. I had one that was 5 years old, never used, and I hooked it up to the TV via Bluetooth. Works great. I do have to re-pair the soundbar every time I turn the TV on though. Overall I'm satisfied enough with the TV. As far as how it operates, I put it in the 'average' category. But you get a lot of TV for less than $500 here so that definitely counts for something.

It’s a very nice TV, the sound is slightly underwhelming but the motion is smooth without much tearing, the picture is rich and is good to view from wide angles. (You can tell it starts to fade if you’re looking at too sharp of an angle) The 1080p Upscaling to 4K makes a sharp image and it’s been a good month so far. It’s also light weight. I’d honestly give it 4.5 due to the underwhelming sound but besides that. I’m very satisfied.

I purchased this TV UN65TUu7000FXZA a week ago online and picked it up at my local store and even though it was curbside delivery I was very pleased with the experience and the worker was very helpful in helping me load it since I recently had back surgery done. I left it on for about 3 days before I even thought about adjusting any of the picture settings to give it a proper burn-in time. Straight out of the box this thing is huge and I had to tie it down in my sister's SUV because it was actually too large to fit with the rear door shut. I got it home and followed the unboxing video that Best Buy has on their site for help unboxing it and the video was very accurate, I love the little sponge things on each side of the screen that helps with not getting fingerprints on the screen as well as protecting it from damage. I tried to download the Smart Things app but couldn't get it to work so I just used the on-screen input. I logged into my Wi-Fi no problem and since I already had my antenna hooked up it automatically found all the stations it could, although I'll be adding a second antenna since it didn't pick up a few of my local stations with this particular antenna, and then I went through and finished the registration on-screen without a hitch. I like that Samsung added a lot of extra free channels all in a neat and organized way to find pretty much any kind of program ..you wanna watch although the extra channels are not A-list channels they do offer a great variety to watch. This thing is super clear even before I adjusted it for my Xbox One S, I did however have to turn game mode off for my games because it had a lag from what was actually happening to what I seen on the screen I was getting killed a lot on my games, but I think this is more my Xbox's fault than it is the TV Since I don't have the higher powered Xbox One X. The built in apps are great I've only used Netflix so far but it's very responsive although I did find if you leave the TV on for more than a day and it goes into screensaver mode when you start watching Netflix again there is a definite lag on the voice and picture sync, the easy fix to this is just turn off the TV for a few minutes then turn it back on and voila it's perfect again. The remote is not too bad although if you have large hands like me you might have problems with some of the smaller buttons like I've had. Also there is a small lag from when you hit a button and the TV responding to that command I ran into it while I was setting the TV up initially but I've gotten used to it now and it's not that noticeable. You will definitely need a friend to help you get this out of the box and on a flat surface to either attach the standard legs or to put brackets on it for a TV stand like I have. It's not very heavy but it is a little cumbersome to do by yourself and trust me you don't wanna hurt your back trying to be he-man even though it's not very heavy. Overall 5 stars, I had a 50inch Vizio that I upgraded from and this thing blows my old one out of the water hands down without a doubt. The controls for adjusting the picture is nicely organized and it has an abundance of settings to choose from. I would highly recommend this TV to friends and family alike especially for the price. I could have gotten an 2018 model for about 150 dollars cheaper somewhere else but I figured if I'm buying new go ahead and get a 2020 model instead I'm glad I listened to my instincts and got this one. Oh and I have a 1200 watt Kenwood surround sound system and I'm not even using it because the TV speakers even though they're only 20watts will blow your socks off on how clear and precise everything sounds I just wish I could hook my subwoofer up just for a little more bass.

Easy set up and I love the size of my television and the picture quality

I just moved into a my new apartment and I had to get a new tv. I love the Samsung brand and I knew that I wanted a 65 inch tv mounted in my living room. I opted to purchase online and pick up in store. The pick up process was smooth. The tv was in perfect condition and not damaged. I got it mounted in my living room today with a Samsung Sound Bar. It looks gorgeous on the wall. It’s perfect for a midsize apartment. The screen is clear and it is a joy to watch. If you’re debating on getting this tv, just get it. You won’t regret it!

I just bought 5 TV modal Samsung crystals UHD 3 TV for 55” I’m put in my kids room and my room and then 2 more TV for 65” I’m put in my living room and my kids room’s room . Me and my kids love that modal a lot because that all TV so clear ,nice colors ,big screen and the sound is loudly .special that modal is cheap and good quality.

This is a super great TV.. I thought 65" was gonna be to over powering in the room. We Didn't wall it instead we placed it on the fireplace console and it looks great! Samsung has always been a great quality product and i continue to support that. And a great price for 65"

I owned one of this tvs and fell in love with it. I just recently remodeled my hime and of course I had to buy this exact same tv for all 3 of my room. Love the quality if it, the vibrant color and of course the samsung live tv feature!

Tv picture quality is good. I always loved Samsung. But has lots of junk apps, which you can not delete. Interface is even worst. Remote is terrible. Most used buttons are crammed and “exit” is close to most functional buttons. I have connected my Firestick , so that is solved. Hate the stand, they are not too strong. I had to buy $60 extra stand from Amazon. Delivery guys are asked to just leave the box without taking TV out of it, that’s what they told me. It will cost you$150 for just doing that. Overall For $ 477 plus tax. I am Fine. Samsung needs to work on the above flaws.

The Samsung 65" Class 7 Series (2019) is a solid budget 4K TV. The picture is crisp with vibrant colors, and the Tizen smart platform is easy to use with all the streaming apps you need. HDR is decent but not mind-blowing, and it’s not the best for hardcore gamers due to average motion handling and no VRR. Sound is okay, but a soundbar will level it up. Overall, it’s a great pick for the price if you just want a big screen with good 4K quality.

Love the picture quality! Love the easy set up! I already had a Samsung account so it was so simple. My only complaint is the power button on the tv. It is on the bottom middle. It took me a month to figure it out. It's not very easy to feel for or push. Also the screen goes black in standby mode. Maybe that's a good thing idk but I sometimes forget it's on and leave it on all night. Other than those small things I love it! Comes with samsung tv which is a hugeeee plus!

Happy with my purchase. The picture quality is clear and it has good sound quality. Very easy to use. Would have been better if it had more HDMI ports but not a deal breaker for me.

Amazing tv for the price! Picture quality is everything you need it to be. Only downside is the remote which isn’t the best but the tv itself is amazing.

This 65" Samsung TU7000 Series 4K UHD set is currently only being used for over the air broadcast reception. Yes, the tv is overkill for over the air input signals, but it is almost impossible to find new, 65" HDTV sets (1920 x 1080 pixels). I think those sets started to disappear around 2015. So one is sort of stuck with buying a 4K UHD television, which is 3840 (wide) x 2160 (tall) pixels. Marketing hypes the UHD tv's as 4K, but really they should have been referred to as 2160 sets. That is the way HDTV sets are characterized, by the vertical pixel value and not the (larger number) horizontal pixel values. I mention this because it is important to anyone using this tv for over the air broadcast signals or viewing local tv channels on their cable/satellite box. All UHD tv's must up-convert/upscale the over the air signal from 480i, 720p, 1080i or 1080p to 3840 x 2160 pixels. UHD 4K televisions use algorithms in their software to fill in the missing pixels. In the case of a 1080 signal, there are 4 times the pixels to fill in (2 horizontal times 2 vertical = 4). Some tv manufacturers use better (more expensive) software to accomplish this. Samsung is in the better/very good category. There are no TV stations in the U.S. sending out a UHD signal. I'm in the Des Moines, IA area and we have several 1080i stations (WHO, KCCI, KDIN) as well as 720p stations (KCWI, WOI, KDSM, plus several more). These stations look fantastic on this Samsung 7 series. However, know that this is for the main channels ending in .1. The subchannels, .2, .3, .4 etc. are mostly SDTV broadcast signals at 480i. These will look somewhat fuzzy and out of focus and this is very noticeable the larger the screen you are viewing and the closer to the tv you are when watching it. I like the remote for this tv as it has the dash on it for directly entering a tv channel (not all remotes still have this feature). Also, the Tizen software is easy to navigate. Finally, I really like the sound coming from this 65" model. I have nice audio systems and I think the speakers sound very nice on this larger screen size Samsung 7000 series set. For less than $500, this television is an amazing value.
