• Jade, built-in Voice Assistants (Amazon Alexa, Bixby, Google Assistant) are supported on Samsung's TU8000 and above. These models include a Voice button on your remote which will allow you to speak into. • No microphone and no Alexa built in. You need to purchase either Alexa or Google home device and you can control the TV.

• No microphone in the remote. It doesn't have Alexa built in. You can control the TV with another device such as a Google home or Alexa.
