“Currently have a 55 " wall mounted tv. Wil be purchasing a 65" Samsung UHD smart tv.. Question will this effect setting of sound bar under current tv the bar is set 1" below”

Hi Erndog - The distance from the bottom wall mount hole and the bottom of the TV is 298.9 mm (approx 11.77") on a 55" TU7000, and 303.0 mm (approx 11.93") on a 65" TU7000. You did not mention whether your 55" TV was this particular model, but not all 55" models will have the same specs. ^Val

Please try again later.It might affect where your sound bar is if the mounting is in the dead center of the tv and your sound bar is also mounted, then you would need to lower your sound bar. My TV is not mounted, but I also have a sound bar and it fits perfectly under my 65” UHD 4K tv. It’s a JBL bar studio 2.0 and sits on the same table as the tv
