I have been trying to get my Xbox One S to play in 4k but it says it does not recognize it. I have enable options in the TV menu but still no luck! It just says the TV doesn't support 4k null

We ran into the same issue when trying to hook up the Wii. We had to buy a special adapter. We learned this buy watching a you tube video we found on a google search.
