• Sally, some apps or TV programs may fluctuate in volume due to the type of broadcasting your Cable provider may have. You can activate Auto Volume, which automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input: Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings. ^Gina

• It's your content not the TV. Older non HD shows have low quality audio compared HD shows of modern time.
