A:AnswerYes, although whatever apps you want to add that aren’t pre-downloaded, you just go to “apps” and download them and place them more accessibly on the home bar
A:AnswerHi! I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues with streaming on your new TV. If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:
1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
For more help, please contact Samsung TV Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. For more contact options, click here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

A:AnswerHi brnt! Disney+ is available on the TU7000 but is not preloaded. To add additional applications, press the "HOME" button on your remote. Navigate to and select "APPS". Once the app store is loaded, you can select the magnifing glass to access the search feature, or browse the popular apps and different categories from the home page. Once you have found Disney+, you can select install, then login with your Disney+ account information. ^Tim

A:AnswerHi Redman! We recommend checking to see if your TV is updated to the latest firmware update (Home > Settings > Software Update > Update Now. The TU7000 also includes 4 different Picture Modes, so you can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience.• Dynamic makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. • Standard is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. • Natural reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. • Movie is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. You can also individually adjust the brightness and contrast to achieve the picture quality you desire. ^Gina
A:AnswerHi sparky! You will not need an external streaming device, as the TU7000 features a Smart TV platform which includes a built-in App Store, where you can choose and download from hundreds of apps. ^Gina
A:AnswerHello Pathav,
Samsung TVs can operate safely within the temperature ranging from 10°C to 40°C. The storing temperature varies slightly which ranges from -20°C to 45°C. Refrain from using The TV outside of this range to avoid any damage. ^Cristian
A:AnswerThank you for inquiring about the TU7000. Because HDMI 2.1 is a complicated spec, we hope that focusing on TV features will be more helpful to you when deciding on the best model for your usage scenario. This series has 2 HDMI ports, each capable of HDR10+ and Auto Low Latency Mode (Auto Game Mode). The “HDMI In 2” port additionally supports eARC.
If you are looking for a TV that can further support 4K@120fps, please check out the first series in our 2020 TV lineup to do so -- the 55" Q70T with 4K@120fps available on HDMI 4. All Samsung 2020 model year QLED TVs 55” and bigger starting from the Q70T Series have 4K@120fps, VRR and FreeSync. If you have further questions, please reach out to us at 1-800-SAMSUNG.
