A:AnswerHi BDC1, you can change the motion settings on the TV by going to "Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings "and changing the "Auto" setting to "Off". Upon check, I found that 26 mm is length of the hole.
So actually I went w/o spacer and also w/o washer as not loose that 1mm (for the top). For the bottom, I used washer between bracket and TV as TV is not perfectly flat.
