QuestionHas anybody had a problem with this TV , where it just loses the picture for a couple of seconds and comes back again ( the screen just goes dark ) I’m not having any luck with my purchase at Best Buy . The 6 series I bought was no good either

QuestionMy samsung Tv I just purchased is not functioning and will not reset or anything. The only image it shows is a usb port with a caution sign. I cannot access any menu, settings, or apps. It only turns on and shows this picture.
