A:AnswerIt means the box is no longer factory sealed for whatever reason. Could have been a floor model or was a return from another customer. Should still have the same warranty and coverages as a new in box product, and the condition should be new, as well.
A:AnswerYes, it is fixable, but you should shop around on estimates because it may be worth while to just trash the TV and buy a new one. The cost of the replacement screen is going to be expensive.
A:AnswerWhen you say “to get setup of tv and internet for tv” you mean that you’re having someone do it for you, then yes. Otherwise, if doing it yourself, no. You can set up the internet and cable/antenna connections at a later time if need be. The TV will still function without those connections.
