• Yes, it is fixable, but you should shop around on estimates because it may be worth while to just trash the TV and buy a new one. The cost of the replacement screen is going to be expensive.

• Just about anything is fixable. From what you describe I’d imagine the display would need to be replaced and the cost would be prohibitive. You’d want have to have a qualified Samsung repair tech diagnose it.
