i am trying to connect bose auxiliary speakers to it with a optical converter cable. Cable tv sound works just fine but if I try to use Amazon or anything else, the sound will not go through. Should I return the tv? is there anything I can do?? null

Some internet applications can not be used thru an AUX cable. Your normal tv should work or maybe even Netflix. But if you look in the back there its a very small hole to plug a square shape plug into. That is for sound bars.

You need to get a Tosling Optical to RCA adapter. And plug the optics directly to the One Connect module. Not into the cable box.
