Is the problem that you are not getting the picture on your tv or your Spectrum cable remote will not change the tv channel? If it is the Spectrum remote, try a universal remote that operates the cable box and the tv (available at most stores). Most of the time you the tv input for the cable is set to one channel on the tv and you change the cable channel via the cable box. Here they like to scramble the signal so you have to use the box.
