Nice TV for $599. Got it on the Black Friday special. I believe they make these TV specific for that day. It only has 2 HDMI ports. No mic in the remote. But the main thing is the size and the picture quality is good. 120 rate too. Black ops 4 good picture for gaming. 2018 version as free TV plus channels with wifi internet. Haven't bought anything through it yet though.

For the price range to screen size ratio it is a great deal. The quality is very noticeable. LED, 4k are nice, we also upgraded from our 60 to this being our first 65, and it was actually cheaper than my old TV from 4 years ago. I enjoy the video options, remote functions are nice, they take some getting used to. My only concern was only 2 HDMI ports. We have a ton of consoles, and we can only use 2 at a time. We work around it though. It was very light and easy to put on our new mounted tv stand.

Purchased this TV last December. After about 5 months of normal use, a vertical line would appear randomly and depending on the programming it will flicker away. Sometimes it’ll be 1 line, and at most 5- all of the left side of the panel. Upon research, it seems that the ribbon that connects to the panel deteriorates and leaves a line of dead pixels until the connection can reestablish itself. This was thoroughly disappointing cause this is my 2nd Samsung that failed (first Samsung kept randomly rebooting) yet I decided to give the company another chance. This would be a 1 star rating but I’m adding a star because Samsung’s warranty service was painless. They sent a service technician and replaced the entire panel with a brand new one (as oppose to repairing the initial one). The warranty service alone gave me a little faith in the company’s integrity. If this one craps out (hope not, fingers crossed), I’m going with LG or TCL. With that said, when working correctly, I’m impressed with the picture quality, built in Apple TV AirPlay, and design. If you’re considering this TV for the long term, an extended warranty is a must.

We upgraded our living room TV and got this on black Friday. It has a great picture and was easy to hook up. I'm giving it a 5 even though the sound was very quiet until we figured out how to change the sound settings in menu to make it a stereo sound. Great smart TV for the price.

Had this tv for a bit over a year now and it was great. Then colorful vertical lines started showing up. The entire screen would blink out to these lines. Sometimes they go away after a few seconds... sometimes minutes... sometimes they just don't go away at all. It's super inconvenient when you're family is ordered to shelter in place due to covid19 and you can't watch tv or get it repaired. That's no one's fault though, just bad luck. Also, the tv has been wall mounted since purchased and only used 2-3 times a week.

Picture is crystal clear! I have mine hardwired to a cat 6 cable so I’m not sure how the WiFi connection is but it’s flawless hardwired.

Clarity and sound are incredible took me a while to figure out how to use all the options but once I figured it out everything was great

This was a pretty good TV for the time it actually worked. However, about 3 months ago vertical lines appeared on the left side of the screen. They gradually multiplied until today when the entire screen is a white background with vertical multi-colored lines. Called for Geek Squad warranty. They had a service bulletin about the issue. They are shipping a new panel via "freight" to the store and it will take 12 days for them to receive the part and schedule a repair. Disappointed with the purchase (understatement) and the service time is equally diappointing.

Great to TV for that price for the 4k TV. 8k TV is still a long way from now
