“I bought my samsung TV back in March. I love it up until now that the left side of the screen got dark. I understand I ha e 1 year factory warranty right? Should I just go to the same best buy where I bought it to claim the warranty?”

I had a picture issue with my Samsung and called Samsung. They arranged a local technician to come to my house and fix it. Repair tech did a fantastic job. Had to be home to help him take TV off wall.
