All TV manufacturers advertise the software interpolation, not the native refresh rate which is why you never see Hz listed behind the number. Samsung's is easy to understand, just divide the number in half. Motion Rate 120 is 60Hz, so to get a 120Hz TV you would need the Samsung nu8000 or better which is advertised as Motion Rate 240.
