Yes! I have the same issue but at this point I consider it minor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same issue when I first got the NU8000. I talked to Samsung and they said to do the following: 1. Turn the TV on. 2. Unplug the TV from the wall. 3. Leave it unplugged for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. 4. Plug it back in. I did this and have not had the freeze frame happen again and it's been 2 weeks. So far so good.
