“Anybody have a problem with the NU8000 having occasional frame freeze? Mine does it on screen shots going into or out of breaks never during program. Of course the cable company said it's not them. Could something be faulty with internet pickup?”

• I had this same issue when I first got the NU8000. I talked to Samsung and they said to do the following: 1. Turn the TV on. 2. Unplug the TV from the wall. 3. Leave it unplugged for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. 4. Plug it back in. I did this and have not had the freeze frame happen again and it's been 2 weeks. So far so good.
